The rules for using Dimewit. By using the site, the app or the API you accept them.

Who runs it

Who can use it

You must be an adult who can enter a binding contract where you reside, and not be barred from using it by sanctions or local law.

Your wallet is yours

You sign in with your own Solana wallet. We never hold your keys and cannot recover them. Every transaction you sign is final.

Credits

Credits are a balance in Dimewit, not a token. One credit buys one US dollar of AI usage at our listed price when you spend it. Credits are not money, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and model prices can change between requests. Bought credits can only be spent. Credits earned from staking can be spent or listed on the in-app credit book.

The token

$DIME is not a share, a bond, a deposit or a promise of profit. Holding or staking it gives no ownership of the company and no right to any payment except what the contracts pay by their own rules.

The contracts run as written

Staking runs through the on-chain program listed on Contracts. Payments and fees are plain Solana transfers that you sign. If the site and the chain disagree, the chain is what happened.

AI usage

AI answers come from a third-party provider we connect. They can be wrong. You are responsible for what you send and for how you use the answers. Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, or to break the provider rules we pass on to you.

Prohibited use

  • Attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering the service or the contracts.
  • Sharing or reselling API keys.
  • Using stolen funds or funds you are not allowed to use.
  • Manipulating the credit book or the token market.

No advice

Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page applies from the moment it is published.
